Beware the Nice Ones: As is detailed under Hidden Depths, for such a sweet and humble kid, he's surprisingly good at coming up with murder plans.When he gets told by Felix that they need to kill Ozzy to save their inheritance, he attempts to carry out his own version of the plan in his route to prove his worth as an heir.
As such, he is helplessly submissive towards Felix and does nothing even when he is without his brother in the normal class (or, as Felix puts it, the "stupid class"). However, Felix often forces him to do nothing and rarely talk to others, as there is not much he can use Ted to do. He is bullied by Felix into doing whatever his brother wants, who uses the reason that he will be the one in power when the two of them inherit their family's company (due to being more intelligent and talented at business) for this purpose. Nicknamed "Ted" by most students and "Teddy" by his brother, he comes from a rich family who owns Applesoft, a large corporation, and is Felix's twin brother.

While the twins seem to conspire to kill Ozzy, Felix plans to kill Ted off to receive full inheritance.
Plot Allergy: He is allergic to green flowers, the sight of which is enough to send him in a panic.Outside of his asthma, his neat freak tendencies, and his hatred of the new kids, we don't really get to learn much about Ozzy over the course of the game when compared to Ted, Felix, Penny, or even Carla. The mission in question isn't even given to you by Ozzy, but by Ted. Out of Focus: While the other new students either give you a mission or play a major role in the main plot of the game, Ozzy is only the focus of one mission where the objective is to kill him.Nervous Wreck: He's very twitchy, neurotic, and easily stressed by changes in routine.Nerdy Inhaler: He keeps one for his asthma in his cubby, and a spare in the orange locker upstairs.Neat Freak: He refuses to take the letter the player is delivering from Felix until the player character has sanitised his hands, and his costume set is titled "Germaphobe's Stripes".Hate at First Sight: Takes an immediate dislike to you and the other returning students, largely because three of his classmates were rezoned to make room.He's also the first to (pretty aggressively) oblige in Buggs's attempts to instigate a food fight, and doesn't regret it afterward despite both getting study hall for it and ending up absolutely filthy, which says a lot. Fiery Redhead: Makes remarks on "you new kids", storms off after finding you using his stall, and will strangle you for nearly killing him.Exhausted Eye Bags: He's got dark circles under his eyes, most likely because he's constantly stressed.Ozzy: Looks like I'm just going to have to send a message to the Huxley family.
